Single rooms up to a whole main floor. Walls patched and sanded, primed where they need it, and two full coats with every edge taped clean.
What's included →Trim & Baseboard Painting
Baseboards, casing and crown. Including taking 1990s stained oak trim to clean white the right way — scuffed, bonding-primed, then finished.
What's included →Drywall Patching & Small Repair
Nail holes, anchor holes, dings, dents, popped screws and hairline cracks. Filled, sanded flush and blended so you can't find them afterward.

I'd rather turn work down than take it on and do a mediocre job. If you need any of these, tell me anyway — I'll point you toward the right trade.
Exterior painting
Siding, decks, fences and staining. Interior only, on purpose — it's what I'm good at and it's what I want to keep being good at.
Kitchen cabinet refinishing
Doing cabinets right needs a spray setup and a controlled space. A brushed cabinet job looks fine for a year and then chips. I'd rather say no.
Ceilings & doors
Not right now. I keep the focus on walls and trim so every job gets full attention. Ask anyway — I can point you to someone good, or time it so both happen in the same visit.
Popcorn ceiling removal
Textured ceilings from before the mid-1980s can contain asbestos. That's work for a licensed abatement contractor, not a painter.
Major drywall & water damage
Big holes, ceiling replacement and water-damaged board need a drywall or restoration contractor first. Painting over a problem doesn't fix it.
