Short version: I collect what you send me so I can get back to you about painting your house, and nothing else happens to it.

Who this is
True Painting MN is an owner-operated interior painting business based in Plymouth, Minnesota, run by Alek Silenko. You can reach me at info@truepaintingmn.com or (952) 486-0205.
What I collect
Only what you choose to give me. If you fill in the estimate form, that's your name, phone number, optional email address, the city or address of the project, what you'd like painted, your rough timeline, and how you'd prefer to be contacted.
If you call, text or email me instead, I have whatever is in that message.
What I do with it
I use it to get back to you about your project, to prepare and send your estimate, and to schedule the work if you decide to go ahead. That's the whole list.
What I don't do with it
I don't sell it. I don't rent it. I don't trade it. I don't add you to a mailing list. I don't share it with marketing companies, lead-generation services, or anyone else, other than the service that delivers the form to my inbox.
The form service
The estimate form on this site is delivered by FormSubmit, a third-party form-forwarding service, which passes your message to my email inbox. Your submission passes through their systems in order to reach me.
This website
This site is a plain static website hosted on Cloudflare Pages. It doesn't set advertising cookies and it doesn't track you around the internet. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers to fetch them. My web host keeps standard server logs, as essentially all web hosts do.
How long I keep things
Estimate requests stay in my email and in my records for as long as they're useful for running the business — typically so I can follow up, honor a quote, or answer a question about work I did for you later.
Text messages
If you text me, we're just two people texting. I don't run automated marketing texts and I won't add your number to any campaign.
Your choices
You can ask me at any time to tell you what I have, correct it, or delete it. Email info@truepaintingmn.com and I'll take care of it.
Children
This site is meant for homeowners and isn't directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
Thinking about repainting? Let's talk about it.
Free estimates, honest pricing, and a straight answer about what your project actually needs. Call or text and I'll usually get back to you the same day.
